Jamaica Man Charged with Collecting Kiddie Porn

A 56-year-old Jamaica man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly accumulating dozens of sexually explicit images and videos of little boys on his computer.

Mohamed Pasha faces up to seven years in prison for using his Gmail account to upload over 40 photographs and videos of boys aged 9 to 11 engaging in lewd sexual acts from March to November.

“This defendant knowingly possessed child sex abuse material — photos and videos that are in fact crime scene images of children being abused,” said Queens County District Attorney Richard A. Brown. “The children in these images must live with the abuse they endured for the rest of their lives.”

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received a report from Google that on March 26, 2018, Pasha had used his Google account to cultivate the images.

Pasha was arraigned in Queens Criminal Court Friday on charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.

The investigation is ongoing. Prosecutors are asking if anyone has any contact with Pasha or his email address to call the NYPD Computer Crime Squad at (646) 610-5397.
