A domestic dispute between a Far Rockaway father and daughter landed the parent behind bars, police said.

Mervin Freeman, a city sanitation worker, was arrested on Wednesday night for allegedly choking his 14-year-old daughter.

Freeman, 38, was pending arraignment in Queens Criminal Court on Thursday for second-degree strangulation, second-degree harassment and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 charges.

It’s unclear what sparked the dispute between to pair, police said.

The child refused medical attention.

If convicted, Freeman faces up to seven years in prison for the top charge.
