Construction for a new six-story building at 25-28 30th Drive in Astoria will feature “touches of traditionalism.”

According to the building’s plans obtained by YIMBY, the masonry and stucco-clad building will be designed by T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti Architects and will feature “touches of traditionalism,” as well as four terraces facing the street, affixed to its exterior.

Sanford Petropoulos will oversee the development of the 75-foot tall, ten-apartment structure. Over 10,000 of its 14,700 square feet will be for the purpose of residential use, including laundry room and tenant storage.

A lobby on the first floor will also hold a recreation room.

The project is expected to be completed by early 2020.
