Students from the youth art program Publicolor are using school buildings across the five boroughs to urge their neighbors to get out and vote.

Publicolor participants created 9-foot by 24-foot banners to decorate the facades and fences of eight schools in New York, including P.S. 212 on 82nd Street in Jackson Heights.

The organization works with students who are at risk of dropping out of school, while providing mentorship and college preparation for up to six years.

Participants have also created murals and other pieces of public art elsewhere in Queens.
