An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing a victim in Kew Gardens, cops said Friday.

Brian Erbis, 46, was arrested inside the office tower at 80-02 Kew Gardens Rd. and charged with stalking and harassment just before 9 a.m.

The NYPD told the Eagle that Erbis repeatedly contacted the person who made the complaint via “electronic communications,” despite being advised to stop. Police could not tell the Eagle where Erbis was employed, but a MuckRack profile for a police officer named Brian Erbis states that he is employed as a detective in the Midtown Precinct North, located in Hell’s Kitchen.

The profile goes on to state that Erbis is also a private security specialist who works in corporate security and provides “celebrity and executive protection for special events.”
