The New York state court system will host its 31st Annual Black History Month event tomorrow to honor Black and African American judicial leaders across the state.

The leaders will be recognized for their service and commitment to the legal profession, and their leadership in promoting equal justice during the virtual program, said Chief Judge Janet DiFiore.

New York City Family Court Deputy Administrative Judge Anne-Marie Jolly is among the honorees. She previously served in Queens Family Court and will receive the Equality in Justice Award.

Second Department, Appellate Division Justice Sylvia Hinds-Radix will receive the Hon. Theodore T. Jones Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award.

Recently retired Dean of the New York State Judicial Institute Judge Juanita Bing Newton, who served as Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for Justice Initiatives, will receive the Hon. Harold A. Stevens Trailblazer Award.

The event will be streamed at noon on Feb. 25.
