Queens moviegoers watching the new strip club romp “Hustlers” may recognize at least one location in the film.

The Long Island City strip club Show Palace, which bills itself as “New York’s #1 All Nude Gentleman’s Club,” was used as a set in the film. Several of the club’s dancers were also cast in the film, according to New York Magazine

“Hustlers” is based on a 2015 New York Magazine story about a group of exotic dancers who scammed Wall Streets bros out of thousands of dollars by drugging and robbing them. The movie stars actresses Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu, and has already exceeded box office expectations.

The standalone movie, which stands out in a market saturated with sequels, franchises and superhero films, has received generally positive reviews from critics, though real life sex workers have voiced mixed feelings on its accuracy.
