A Flushing resident was struck and killed by a motorist who fled the scene early Tuesday morning, according to police.

Justin Leiva, 29, was attempting to cross College Point Boulevard near the intersection of Booth Memorial Avenue just before 2 a.m. when the driver of an SUV traveling down College Point Boulevard struck him. After crashing into Leiva, the driver made a U-turn and drove away before police could arrive.

There have been no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing, the NYPD said.

Leiva was unconscious and unresponsive when police found him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
