The MTA will hold several in-person, public outreach events to gather feedback on its latest version of the Queens Bus Network Redesign, which was released in December.

Beginning on March 25, the MTA will be out in communities across Queens to get community notes on the plan, on top of holding five pop-up events sharing bus information.

“Queens is the borough most reliant on good bus service and it is critical that this redesign deliver service improvements to the hundreds of thousands of riders who need it,” said NYC Transit President Richard Davey. “By listening to and working with customers and communities across the World’s Borough, we’ve developed a plan to improve connections, speed up trips, and reduce wait times. We are committed to giving Queens bus riders even more in-person opportunities to learn, ask questions, and comment on the plan directly during these pop-up events, which are scheduled during peak travel times to reach as many people as possible. I look forward to hearing from customers directly and delivering the modern, better bus network Queens deserves.”

All the event dates go from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather, events may be rescheduled so customers are advised to check the project webpage before heading out to an event.
