Police identified 24-year-old George Persaud for allegedly raping a 40-year-old woman on Dec. 30 while using a fake gun. Persaud, who sports a tattoo on his chest that reads “Only The Strong Survive” in cursive and a nautical star on his right hand, forced the woman into a secluded area with the phony weapon and raped her, police said.

The woman was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
