Dog-Abusing Perps Wanted For Hurting St. Albans Pup

Police are searching for a suspect or group of suspects who are suspected of abusing a puppy in St. Albans last month.

Police from the 113th Precinct found the Boxer, aged 1 1/2, malnourished and with multiple open cuts on his body near the corner of 127th Avenue and 176th Street on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018 at around 6:30 p.m.

The pooch was promptly removed from the location and brought to the ASPCA Animal Hospital for victims of cruelty/neglect in Manhattan, where he is being treated for his condition, cops said.
