Grinning Straphanger Wanted For Indecent Exposure

A Sunday night subway ride into Elmhurst for a woman was by a lewd passenger who exposed his private parts, police said.

The 41-year-old woman was riding on the southbound R train at the Elmhurst Avenue station when she noticed a man seated near her with his genitals out of his pants, police said.

Before fleeing the train car at the next station, the woman snapped a cell phone picture of the grinning perv and turned it over to the police.

The allege creep is described as an African-American man, between 25 to 35 years old and was last seen wearing all dark clothing.

A cellphone photo of the male taken by the reporter is attached and available at DCPI.
