A man and woman are accused of breaking into an Ozone Park home and a small business in Richmond Hill within a 20 minute time span.

Police have identified 26-year-old Amanda Rodriguez as the female suspect but have not identified the male suspect. Police say the pair broke into a 50-year-old man’s home near Liberty Avenue and 103rd Avenue on Nov. 20 and stole two credit cards and $3,000 in cash.

During the break-in the unsuspecting homeowner returned home and was met with a baseball bat to the head, police said. The man was knocked unconscious.

The wannabe Bonnie and Clyde fled the Ozone Park house and headed to Zone Glass on Atlantic Avenue where they entered the business using a key but left empty-handed, police said.

Later that day, Rodriguez and her partner were seen on surveillance video inside a Walmart at Green Acres Mall in Nassau County using the 50-year-old man’s credit cards.
