Queens Small Businesses Owners Awarded By The Business Outreach Center

Four small businesses in Corona, Flushing, Ridgewood and Rosedale were celebrated by The Business Outreach Center (BOC) Network last Friday.

The BOC gave eight awards to business owners and entrepreneurs across the five boroughs in various topics including Sustainable Business Advancement, Excellence in Creative Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship and Community Impact.

The BOC enables motivated entrepreneurs to improve their economic prospects, helping them gain needed financing, expert guidance and connections to build their businesses, create jobs, and make significant contributions to our local economy and society, according to the organizations press release.

Tania Flores and Patricia Flores of Publimax Printing in Flushing and Milton Mendez and Peter Mendez of Mendez Printing in Ridgewood received awards in Industrial Business Advancement.

Samantha Bailey-Champagnie and Karen Dawkins of Champagnie Dawkins CPAs PLLC in Rosedale were awarded for Business Excellence. Diana Botero of My First Steps Childcare in Corona received the Child Care Business Development along with two other business owners from the Bronx.
