An off-duty firefighter was arrested on Tuesday, police said.

Terrence Pridgeon was allegedly trespassing on the property of the victim, who called the police.

When police arrived around 11 p.m., Pridgeon refused to take a breathalyzer test and was taken into custody.

Pridgeon, 42, was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful assembly, criminal trespass, harassment and refusal to take a breath test.

As of press time on Wednesday, Pridgeon was awaiting arraignment at Queens Criminal Court.

If convicted, Pridgeon faces up to a year on Riker’s Island.
