The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that it would close Lot P4 at LaGuardia Airport effective Wednesday, Oct. 10.

The lot had served as the for-hire vehicle waiting area for Terminals C and D. In its place, the Port Authority said it will use the Citi Field Marina Lot starting Oct. 11.

Terminal pickups will continue to be allowed curbside at Terminals C and D, the Port Authority said. Drivers using the Terminal A and B hold lots will not be affected by this change.

Yellow taxis will not be affected by the change, the agency said.
